Description
Specifications
Power Adhesives Spraytec 410 spray hot melt adhesive is an economical synthetic polymer-based 43 mm hot melt adhesive designed for light-duty spray applications. Spraytec 410 is particularly suitable for pallet stabilisation, expanded polystyrene (EPS) assembly and position fixing.
Spraytec 410 can be applied as a spray or extruded as a bead. It provides a long open time, medium molten tack and a useful combination of heat resistance and low-temperature flexibility.
The 43 mm version measures 43 × 43 mm, with approximately 18 pieces per kilogram. Carton quantity is 10 kg.
The suggested application temperature is 180–195°C. Brookfield viscosity is 3500 cP, ring-and-ball softening point is 125°C, and heat resistance is 100°C. Low-temperature flexibility (Tg) extends to –24°C.
According to the manufacturer, the constituent parts of Spraytec 410 comply with the applicable FDA requirements under 21 CFR 175.105, subject to its stated limitations. This relates to adhesives used in specified food-packaging applications and should not be interpreted as unrestricted direct-food-contact approval.
