Refund policy

Warranty:

To ensure successful and long-term use of the product, always carefully read and follow the general usage guidelines and the manufacturer's instructions provided with each product. The product's usage manual will be included with every purchased item. The durability and service life of the product depend on your knowledge and skills. If after reading the manual you are unsure about anything, please contact us using the details provided on the contact page.

Warranty is not provided if:

  • The product has mechanical damage;

  • The product is returned without proof of purchase;

  • Malfunctions are caused by improper use, transportation, or maintenance, ignoring the manufacturer's guidelines, or exposure to cold, moisture, liquids, or heat;

  • Defects result from normal wear and tear.

Warranty service for faults caused by the manufacturer will be provided within 14–21 days after the product is delivered to the service center, or within 45 days if replacement parts must be ordered from abroad. In all cases, warranty service aims to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

If the Seller cannot repair the product, it will be replaced with an equivalent suitable product.

If the Seller lacks suitable replacement goods, the Buyer will receive a full refund.

Returns:

Buyers can return products within 14 working days from the delivery date by informing the Seller via the contact methods listed on the contact page. The notification must include the product name, order number, and reason for return.

Conditions for return:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the date received (excluding returns for factory defects);

  • Products must be in original, undamaged packaging (excluding returns for factory defects);

  • Products must not be damaged by the Buyer;

  • Products must maintain their original appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.) (excluding returns for factory defects);

  • Returned items must include all original accessories and components;

  • Returned items must be securely packaged;

  • Buyers are responsible for safe delivery of returned items to the Seller.

The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with these return conditions.

Returns must be delivered to the Seller’s address at the Buyer’s expense.

Refunds are made exclusively to the original payer’s bank account unless otherwise agreed between Buyer and Seller.

Refund amounts exclude any shipping costs originally paid by the Buyer.
