Description
Specifications
Everwin MCN65 Construction 65 mm is a professional pneumatic metal connector nailer designed for fastening joist hangers and other structural metal connectors. With a driving power of 675 in-lbs and a tool weight of only 2.55 kg, the MCN65 combines high driving power with low weight for demanding construction and timber framing applications.
The MCN65 metal connector nailer operates at 5–8 bar (70–120 psi) and consumes 1.7 L/sec (3.6 cfm) at 90 psi. Tool dimensions are 315 × 135.5 × 312 mm (L × W × H).
The nailer accepts 34° paper-collated and plastic-collated nails with lengths from 38–65 mm (1-1/2"–2-9/16"). Compatible nail head diameter is 7.0–8.5 mm, while nail shank diameter is 3.3–4.1 mm. Magazine loading capacity is 35 nails.
An exposed nail tip provides clear positioning for fast and precise placement of nails into metal connector holes, including 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" nails. The integrated check pawl is designed to help prevent jams, while the low nail lockout prevents dry firing when the magazine is nearly empty.
A lightweight aluminium magazine supports good tool balance and manoeuvrability. The rotatable rafter hook provides a practical way to hang the tool while moving between joists and working positions.
