Tec 808 Cordless Professional Hot Melt Applicator 18V

The Tec 808 is a high-performance cordless professional hot melt applicator designed for demanding industrial and professional adhesive applications. The tool combines cordless mobility with high adhesive output, making it suitable for operators who require flexibility without power cable limitations.

Designed for 12 mm hot melt glue sticks, the Tec 808 delivers a melt rate of up to 2 kg/h, providing significantly higher output and efficiency compared to standard cordless glue applicators. The tool reaches operating temperature in approximately three minutes and is suitable for continuous professional use in construction, packaging and assembly applications.

The applicator features two operating modes: full power mode for maximum temperature and faster warm-up, and eco mode to help extend battery runtime during longer working sessions.

The slim-line body and adjustable full-hand trigger improve handling comfort and help reduce fatigue during prolonged operation. The low-profile precision nozzle supports detailed adhesive application while maintaining high adhesive flow.

The Tec 808 operates on the 18V Ryobi battery platform and can also be used with compatible 18–20V battery systems using suitable battery adapters.
